Ciclopes breaks the cycle

Created by Graficalismo, this raw and dynamic manifesto film, titled Flatten Hills, spotlights the work of Ciclopes, a community project in Lisbon, Portugal, which supports disadvantaged youths through a network of bicycle hubs. 

Paired with a punchy and poetic narration, el-Hey director Marco Espirito Santo crafts a characterful montage of footage set in the city's vibrant streets, highlighting how the initiative inspires, uplifts and supports local youth through community and mobility.

This in turn offers them a sense of freedom, equality, and respect - basic human rights which are more important than ever to fight for.
