Industry veteran Hillary Rogers has joined creative advertising powerhouses Bullitt and The Directors Bureau as Managing Director.

In her new role, Rogers will oversee business operations aligning creative, production, management, and sales efforts across both companies. Rogers most recently served as Managing Director of Pulse Films, where she drove the growth and management of the American branded division of the UK-based production company.

“Bringing Hillary on board cements the commitment we’ve made to support the incredible filmmakers and storytellers working under The Directors Bureau and Bullitt brands,” said Joe and Anthony Russo in a joint statement.

She’s a total pro, and shares our passion for great storytelling, and championing up and comers.

“I am a massive fan of all things arty, unique, and quirky on the one hand, and equally love work that is blockbuster, explosive and crowd-pleasing. The opportunity to work with directors at the top of their game on both ends of the creative spectrum is super exciting,” said Rogers.

“That both Bullitt and TDB are invested and successful in shepherding talent, new and established, inspires me. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be joining this crew.” "I am delighted to be working with Hillary Rogers, who has one of the most appealing qualities that I look for in my associates and collaborators which is enthusiasm,” said Roman Coppola.

“Anyone who has met or worked with Hillary recognizes that, aside from being at the highest level of her profession, she shows a top level of commitment, energy, and deep enthusiasm for the work, Always ready to explore a new path and to share the talents of our directors in original ways and innovative formats."

In 2021, Bullitt and The Directors Bureau (TDB) entered into a strategic partnership to provide a centralized resource to support the creative needs of global brand partners. As part of the agreement, a first-class production and management infrastructure was built to support the two companies. The creative experience for longstanding clients of Bullitt or TDB remains the same, backed by the collective insights from over 30 years of brand-driven storytelling to engage audiences in an ever more saturated market.
