RSA Films announce a partnership with Frank Antonoff’s 1961 Representation to represent their roster of filmmakers on the West Coast and in Texas.

Antonoff is a well-established resource for agencies and brands, sought after for his expertise pairing cross-disciplinary talent with campaigns that speak to their strengths and capabilities as storytellers. He is also renowned for a well-honed aesthetic and problem solving outside the box.

“We’re excited to join forces with 1961 for West Coast representation,” said Luke Ricci, President, RSA Films US. “Frank and I had a very productive collaboration when I was at The Directors Bureau and it’s great to be working together again.”

“Building on the legacy was really appealing to me,” Antonoff said. “Of course I was drawn to RSA’s established directors like Jake Scott, Jonas Åkerlund and Eric Andre, but I’m equally excited about emerging directors like Meji Alabi, Neels Castillon, Jared Malik Royal, Marie Schuller and Jonny Mass. RSA is one of the special places that draws agencies and brands to collaborate – not just because of the access to world-class filmmakers, but because the standard is so high across the roster.”

Antonoff launched 1961 Representation earlier this year after spending over a decade as a partner and talent rep at Resource where he worked closely with some of the industry’s most accomplished directors, editors, animators and artists. In addition to RSA Films, 1961 represents Academy, B-Reel Films, Bryght Young Things, Selected Works and Trim.
