Design-driven advertising and branding agency MONO announced the hire of its new Head of Production, Matthew Anderson. Anderson will be responsible for leading both content and digital disciplines and growing the agency’s production department.

Anderson brings a proven track record of delivering best-in-class multidisciplinary production excellence at agencies in New York City, Miami and Denver. He began his career at Y&R NY before heading to Crispin Porter + Begusky during the agency’s most decorated era. He also opened up a post-production shop, NO6, before serving as Director of Brand Production at JWT, where he led projects for Royal Caribbean, Rolex, Bloomberg and Cadbury. In his new role, Anderson will help establish a shared mission for innovation and collaboration to build the future of production at MONO. He will oversee the entire production process from conception to execution across the agency’s growing roster of clients. He will manage and inspire the production team and collaborate closely with the account and creative departments to ensure efficient, successful and high-quality productions.

“I am truly excited to join the team at MONO as the new Head of Production. I see so much potential for growth and innovation here. The entire team got me really excited about joining a family that is truly focused on great work,” Anderson said.
