The brand shows they ‘car’ as they care about the little details such as transparent vehicle reviews, instant online estimates, complimentary vacuuming and window cleaning, and offering customers the choice to wait in their vehicle or relax in the lounge while their vehicle is being serviced. Jiffy Lube cares more because they car.
The car care category has traditionally focused on promoting products and services, as well as building trust to overcome consumer skepticism. Research shows those messages are no longer highly resonant. The new campaign, Car More launched April 11 across TV, OLV, social, digital, and streaming radio. A 30-second spot highlights the brand’s commitment to care with Car More displaying technicians walking through the centre saying, “we car about cars.” A woman with a confused expression steps into the frame. “Are you saying car?” To which the technician replies, “That’s right, Claire. You know we’ll car for your car, like we car for our own. Some people think ‘it’s just an oil change, who cars?’ We do. We car.”
