Nashville-based idea-driven agency Buntin has brought on seasoned people operations executive Tricia Mansfield as Chief People Officer. 

Her background fuses an agency pedigree from people leadership roles at BBH and Weber Shandwick, plus recent experience leading People Operations in the startup space for Boxed and FreshDirect. Mansfield boasts a proven track record of over three decades enhancing the organisational effectiveness of diverse industries and at various growth stages. 

Most recently, she served as Chief Talent Officer for Omnicom agency Porter Novelli, overseeing the overall strategic direction of People & Talent at the agency, including onboarding, training, development, organizational planning, DEI efforts, talent recruiting and culture.

As Buntin's new Chief People Officer, she will lead the agency’s mission of delivering idea-driven work for its clients through best-in-class talent and furthering Buntin's auspicious track record for attracting top tier advertising talent to the culturally rich Nashville market. In her new role, she will oversee all aspects of the agency’s human resources, benefits, talent management, diversity, training and recruiting operations.

Mansfield’s extensive experience enhancing organisational effectiveness across diverse industries and growth stages has led to decreased turnover, revenue growth and increased profitability through talent analytics, hands-on strategic planning and leadership development. At Porter Novelli, she worked closely with the agency’s talent team to reimagine the employee experience in a virtual environment through the creation and execution of thoughtful and agile people-focused strategies and initiatives, to ensure the agency was attracting, developing and retaining high-quality talent to fuel the expansion of the brand.
