DOGEATDOG has a new addition to the roster in the incredibly talented Anne-Sofie Lindgaard

Lindgaard is an award-winning Danish writer-director based in London. With an eye for subtle and emotive storytelling often based on personal stories, Lindgaard excels in bringing authentic narratives with strong performances to the screen.

Lindgaard's talent has been recognised both nationally and internationally, with her short film 'Icelandic Poppies' receiving widespread critical acclaim. The film was shortlisted for the prestigious Robert Award (Danish equivalent to Bafta/Oscars), and secured 'Best International Short’ at the Manchester Film Festival and the British Short Film Festival.

Having also been named one of the ‘Best New Directors of 2023’ by Promonews, Lindgaard is already making waves in the music video scene. Collaborating with established artists such as Marika Hackman and Orla Gartland, she is an exciting addition to the DOGEATDOG roster.

Natalia Maus, Head of Music Video, says “Anne-Sofie never ceases to impress me. Her creative talent, craft, laser-focus, work ethic and ability to juggle an incredibly demanding schedule makes her a force to be reckoned with. I am super excited to welcome her to the DOGEATDOG fold and cannot wait to be a part of the journey with her!”

Lindgaard is currently enrolled in the renowned Master's degree program in Directing Fiction at The National Film & Television School (NFTS), further honing her craft in their prestigious program.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the DOGEATDOG team. This is a very special moment for me and I’m so excited for this next step of my career. Natalia showed so much trust in me and understanding of my voice as a filmmaker very early on and I can’t wait to grow and develop further with her and the entire team. I feel understood here and that is really the most inspiring thing. I’m so glad to be joining this wonderful team of people!” adds Anne-Sofie Lindgaard.
