Agency Arts & Letters first work with Constant Contact has just launched.

Constant Contact became an A&L client in early 2022 and have partnered with them to launch a new brand platform, Serious Business Relationships. This is the first campaign since Laura Goldberg took the helm as CMO at the brand. Since joining Constant Contact a year ago, Goldberg has been laser focused on efficiently growing the business and has spearheaded work to refresh the brand’s messaging, vision and value including this campaign.

The spots were directed by David Shafei of World War Seven, and introduce the new brand platform, Serious Business Relationships. This fully integrated campaign portrays business owners and their customers as if they were in serious personal relationships with one another, featuring a landscape architect, plumber and butcher. The campaign includes TV, radio, digital, social, OOH.
