Ad agency Spark44 has hired Lee Aldridge as creative director.

Previously head of design at Y&R London, where he worked for 18 years, Aldridge has created work for brands including BBC, Ford, Emirates, Marks & Spencer, Virgin Atlantic, Land Rover, Oxfam and Randolph, and picked up awards at Cannes, Clios, D&AD and Epica.

“Lee is a unique talent with a voracious appetite for doing great work," says Spark44's global chief creative officer Brian Fraser.
