Chris Beresford-Hill, previously ECD of sister Omincom agency BBDO New York, is to join TBWAChiatDay New York as their new chief creative officer.

As part of this role, Beresford-Hill will assume creative leadership across the agency’s full roster of clients, which includes Adidas, McDonald’s and PepsiCo. He will also join TBWA’s Global Creative Core, described by a TBWA spokesperson as a "select group of top creative leaders from across the TBWA collective chosen to help execute against the company’s vision to make disruptive work that connects with culture."

Prior to this appointment, Beresford-Hill has been named among Advertising Age’s 40 Under 40 and the Adweek Creative 100. He has also worked on campaigns for Guinness, Priceline.com and HBO, as well as the Foot Locker boxing spots featuring boxing champions Evander Holyfield and Mike Tyson, as well as Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather.
