London-based advertising agency Geometry Global UK has announced the appointment of award-winning Martin Smith as chief strategy officer and managing partner. He will join the company in January 2016 and will sit on the agency executive committee. In his new role Smith, who will work closely with CEO Sarah Todd, will oversee the agency’s strategic product across all clients including Heineken, Vodafone, GlaxoSmithKline, Coca-Cola, Philips, Emirates and Mondelez. He will also lead the agency’s strategic consultancy - Geometry Intelligence. He joins from Havas’ Cake + Arnold KLP where he was most recently chief strategy officer.
