New York ad agency Arnold has added Mathew Jerrett and Tim Floodas as executive creative directors. The duo joins from Translation where they were group creative directors working on campaigns for Budweiser, Champs Sports and Google. Arnold has employed the pair to work on its Hershey's account and they will report in to CCO Jim Elliott.
