Get colourful with new Farrow & Ball campaign
Gus Filgate from BITE shoots the new Farrow & Ball campaign for BMB.
Farrow & Ball are known for crafting beautiful and evocative paint colours with quirky names.
So to launch their 11 new colours, we took inspiration from their mesmerising production process.
Usually known for shooting food, BITE director Gus Filgate approached the project in much the same way as he would do a food shoot, by doing a “cook up” and test days beforehand and shooting the drops, swirls and bubbles using complex rigs and high speed.
Each colour was given its own unique movement and style, and this was also reflected in the look of each of the room sets.
“Working with Gus and the wonderful team at Bite (who turned their incredible food experience to paint) we created a set of films that hero the new names, accompanied by abstract visuals of making, mixing and meticulous craft.” said Will Marsden and Jordan Down, BMB ECD’s on Farrow & Ball.
