Auckland agency Colenso BBDO has named Edwin Rozells as its new head of transformation.

The specially created role follows the recent redesign of the agency’s model, focusing on creative collaboration, clients’ customers and new ways of working.

Rozells, who joins from Accenture Singapore, will help the agency's clients navigate and grow their business in a digital world. His background includes five years at OgilvyOne Singapore as digital strategy lead, before moving to Accenture Singapore where he led the consulting firm’s digital strategy and marketing practice across ASEAN since 2014. 

“Edwin has vast experience across sectors, helping organisations transform to keep ahead of the consumer and win in the digital age," says Scott Coldham, MD at Colenso BBDO, of the appointment. "His arrival couldn’t come at a more opportune time for us and our clients.
