Yann Demange joins Pulse Films

Critically acclaimed commercial and feature film director joins Pulse Films for UK representation.

Director Yann Demange has joined Pulse Films for commercial representation. Demange was the winner of Best Director prize at the British Independent Film Awards for debut feature ’71, starring Jack O’Connell, which was also nominated by BAFTA for Outstanding Debut Feature. He has directed award-winning commercials for Nike, Transport for London, NSPCC and music video Ill Manors for Plan B. He is currently finishing post production on the highly anticipated feature film “White Boy Rick” starring Matthew McConaughey which launches in 2018.

"Yann is one of the most exciting and inspiring filmmakers to recently break into features," said Davud Karbassioun, Pulse global president, commercials and branded. "'71 is hands down one of my favourite films in the last few years and he has also created commercials and music videos that have a purposeful point of view and defined popular culture. He has such a meticulous quality, craft and approach to his work. We are so proud that he has joined the Pulse Family.”
