Er, so there's a sort of Lady Gaga-esque character... um, she's on a kind of tour of South African streets. There're, like, wild animals in the streets. There's an ambush. The sort of Gaga character scarpers before, er, a dentist/gynecologist pulls an insect from her, well, her... look, it's a Die Antwoord video so all bets are off. Believe us though, it's brilliantly weird and weirdly brilliant.
