Tool has announced that Vincent Toscano has joined its in-house digital team as senior interactive developer. Toscano has a deep background in developing HTML5 and Flash experiences for interactive advertising and gaming applications across multiple mediums. He joins Tool after a run as senior developer at various LA creative services agencies, including Famous Group Interactive and Kastner & Partners.
