LA-based agency RPA has added four new talents to its team. Pete Figel (pictured left) and Alicia Dotter (pictured right) join as creative directors, having both spent time at Media Arts Lab where Dotter coined the ‘There’s an app for that’ phrase, while John Starr takes on the role of associate creative director/design director and joins from agency BLITZ. Finally, Mark Tripp is hired as director/senior producer of content and will focus on RPA’s in-house
