What is My shots?

Update and manage your personal profile

From this page you can manage your entire shots.net profile. Check that the details held by us for your account are correct, make sure you’re receiving the alerts and newsletters that you want and manage your password and email address information.

Follow people and companies

You can now sign up to be alerted when particular people or companies are showcased within the shots.net site. Every person and company in the directory has a ‘follow’ button. Hit that to add them to your follow folder and then, when an article, video or news story which references them appears, you will receive a notification to let you know. That way you can keep on top of who has done what and see up-to-date information about the people and companies important to you.

Save favourite videos and articles

Every article page on the site — be it video or news — has an ‘add to My Shots’ button. If you want to save something to read later, keep it for research or collate a specific set of videos/stories as an archive then you can do that here. Create as many individual folders as you like to keep everything in order.

Create and share your own playlists

Once you’ve created a folder you can then share it with anyone. Those who aren’t subscribers of shots can view the content of a folder for up to 48 hours from the moment of sending so you can share work you like, admire or want to reference for other jobs.
