cut and paste Hip new stuff you can pretend you found first
This week's Cut & Paste is bursting with more retro goodies that your average yard sale and plenty of hand-me-downs for you to hand me round. We've got Addictive TV's latest sound and vision mash-up, a dangerously more-ish music driven racing game, a film so bizarre it may just melt your eyeballs and the regular truckload of new work. Headliners this week include Fredrik Bond, Johnny Green and Dougal Wilson who finally gives Gremlins the reprise it's long overdue.
This week we have mostly been frittering away the scarce resource that's our life on the coolest freaking game ever, Audiosurf. A cross between F-Zero, Wipeout and those crappy Windows Media Player visualisations, Audiosurf is a futuristic racing game that designs courses around the sonic qualities of an MP3 of your choice. It makes more sense when you play it.
Alcohol. Where would we be without it? Sure, it destroys families and wrecks lives but it also brings fun and happiness to millions of responsible adults the world over, night after night, glass after glass, bottle after bottle. So let's raise a glass to this latest spot for Absolut directed by Psyop with VFX by MassMarket. Please enjoy responsibly.
