The next big Show and Tell event aimed at creatives in the media industries will be held on November 27 at Westbourne Studios from 7pm until late. The last event sold out PDQ so book your place early to avoid disappointment. This time the theme is "Money: New Business Models in Film, TV and Advertising". Panellists include Stink Digital's Mark Pytlik, Mother creative strategist Ed Warren and Louise Brown, head of new media at Channel 4. For more information go to the website.

Hybrid creative agency Attik, responsible for work for a range of clients including Scion and Taco Bell, has re-launched a sleek new website where you can check out its back catalogue and nose around some of its innovate campaigns.

Cyclops Films' director Peter Andrikidis has scored two AFI nominations for Best Direction in Television for his work on East West 101 and Underbelly. Having netted two of the four nominations available Andrikidis finds himself in the unusual position of being up against his own work for the title.

This Friday sees the first European Games Summit event take place in Kinepolis, Brussels. The Summit is designed to support and stimulate the European gaming industry and features high-level speakers including Piers Harding-Rolls of Screen Digest and Ian Livingstone of Eidos. More info on the complete programme and registration details can be found here.

Ahead of the festival in December, organisers of the Meribel Ad Festival have announced the winner of the 1st Viral Film Contest. The award was scooped up by Pierre Duquesnoy and David Tamayo from Euro RSCG BETC 4D for their film Bigger Every Year. Watch the winning film and the finalists here.

A selection of the many seminars at this year's Eurobest have been announced in detail. Alexander Schill, creative head of Serviceplan, will present a session on Germany's new creative momentum. Vincent Stuhlen, director of digital marketing EMEA for Levi's is to chair a debate on whether or not European innovation in advertising is lagging behind in comparison to the US and Asia. Additionally, Fernanda Romana, creative director at JWT London, will be using her discussion to explore European creativity in comparison to the output from the rest of the world. The full seminar programme is available online here.

The 88th annual ADC Awards is now open to entrants. The deadline for student work is January 30 while all regular entries are to be received by Jan 16. Droga5's David Nobay will chair the advertising jury this time round, and winners will be announced at the ADC Gala in April 2009.

The 2008 BTA Awards Presentation is set to take place on Monday December 1. The shortlist includes work by Juan Cabral for Cadbury Dairy Milk Gorilla, Frederic Planchon for Vodafone Time Theft and Frank Budgen for Sony Bravia Play Doh.

The Dubai Lynx awards are now open for delegate registrations. Head to www.dubailynx.com/register to reserve your place.
